For clients with our support tools already installed, the software will automatically update to the latest version once the maintenance has been completed.

We have identified a service issue impacting web service requests that depend on MySQL queries. The underlying requests are timing-out causing web sites hosted on the effected service to appear down.
The issues have now been resolved and underlying web server components have been restarted.
