We are investigating a outage to our Linux-based shared hosting environment.
The outage has now been resolved. Following the previously reported infrastructure fault and failover event, a networking issue was identified that affected connectivity within the shared web hosting environment. The fault has been rectified and network services have been fully restored.
Hardware Failure Impacting Cluster Virtual Machine Hosting Cluster 01
Resolved–
We have identified a hardware failure affecting one of the cluster nodes. To maintain service availability, workloads have been automatically live migrated to a redundant node within the cluster.
The affected cluster node has been decommissioned and replaced with new hardware. Cluster health has been fully validated, with all nodes now reporting healthy status and operating at full redundancy.
